Fast, efficient and helpful.

I sincerely appreciate being able to have my car picked up from work and then dropped back off for a simple oiul change. However, I made a specific request for my car to be back in the parking lot by 3:00pm when I got out of work so I could go and pick up my kids. When I walked out the door shortly after 3:00pm, my truck was not there. I had to call my mother in law to go and get my boys, call their school and have them get a message to my kids that grandma would be there to get them, but not for a little bit, and then call your dealership to find out where my truck was - it was extremely frustrating! My truck was being delivered to my house, when specific instructions were left to bring it back to my place of employment, from which they picked it up. It seems that the driver would know where they left their own vehicle when picking mine up. Anyhow, I was told I would get a free oil change for the inconvenience, although I have not seen any paperwork or confirmation about that. I've enjoyed doing business with Young's of Owosso, even though I live in St. Johns and should go to Young's in my hometown. This was just a horrible inconvenience and I thought you should know. If someone could please send me a confirmation of some kind of assure me that it is in my records to receive a free oil change I'd appreciate it. (Craig Thelen: 989-640-1645. Thank you.

It was an absolutely wonderful experience. I searched the entire Metro Detroit area for the enbest deals and Young Chevrolet beat them all!! All your staff was amazing, especially Logan and Amanda. They even came and delivered the car and took away my old lease return. Never had such a VVIP experience.

Keegan and the Service Manager helped correct an issue I had with my Corvette. Very happy, and will keep coming back to Young Chevrolet for service!
