<p>High-Intensity Discharge (HID) headlamps produce a bright, natural beam that competently lights the road ahead while adding to the aesthetics of your car. The HID headlamps&nbsp;come to life with unique, glowing LED halo rings.</p><p>These headlamps feature automatic exterior lamp control that automatically turn on when the system senses it is dark enough outside. When the headlamps' switch is turned to AUTO, the automatic headlamp system will turn on the headlamps, instrument panel lights, taillamps, side marker, parking lamps and license plate lamps. </p><p>Automatic headlamps are an everyday convenience that also are appreciated when driving in inclement weather, through a tunnel or when entering a dark parking garage.<br /><br />LT and SS models require available RS Package. <p>Now standard in all 2012 Camaro models, Bluetooth^&reg;1 for select phones allows you to use a Bluetooth-capable cell phone to make and receive phone calls while keeping your hands on the wheel.&nbsp;This wireless technology allows you to use your vehicle's infotainment system and voice recognition to control the Bluetooth system and stay connected while on the go. </p><p>If you carry tunes on your cell phone, you also can use the Bluetooth system to connect the music stored in your phone to your vehicle's stereo. If your phone has wireless Internet, the system allows you to stream music live from your favorite sites.&nbsp; </p><p>Not all phones support all functions and not all phones work with the Bluetooth system. <br /><br />¹Go to gm.com/Bluetooth to find out which Bluetooth phones are compatible with the vehicle. </p>

<p>Start your Camaro^&reg; remotely from outside the vehicle using the included Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) transmitter. When you're ready to go, use the RKE to unlock the doors and step into a comfortably warmed or cooled vehicle. </p><p>When you start your car using remote start, the parking lamps come on and remain lit as long as the engine is running. The doors will be locked and the climate control system may come on. The engine will continue to run for 10 minutes. Aim the RKE transmitter at the vehicle again and press the remote start button for a 10-minute extension. Remote start can be extended only once.</p><p>Requires the available 6-speed automatic transmission. 1LT and 1SS also require the available Convenience and Connectivity Package.</p>

<p>The 6-way power driver seat adjuster allows you to easily&nbsp;move your driver seat forward and aft, up or down, and tilt the seat bottom to find your most comfortable driving position.&nbsp;The seat also includes a power recline feature that raises and lowers the seatback.</p><p>For proper protection when the vehicle is in motion, have the seatback upright, sit well back in the seat and wear&nbsp;your safety belt properly.</p>

<p>The Head-Up Display (HUD) projects vehicle information onto the windshield just below the driver's line of sight where it is easy to see it without looking down and away from the road. The images are projected through the HUD lens on the driver side of the instrument panel. You can adjust the display's vertical position and brightness to suit you. HUD images include digital readouts for vehicle speed, selected gear, audio system information, high-beam indicator, compass, outside air temperature, turn signals, tachometer, vehicle messages, phone information and turn-by-turn information if the vehicle is equipped with a navigation radio. ZL1 models also include a G-Force readout.</p><p>When the HUD is on, the speedometer reading is continually displayed. When other information is displayed, the size of the speedometer image is reduced. The current radio station or CD track number will display briefly when you change the station or the CD track. When the phone feature is activated, the HUD will briefly display any available phone information. </p>

<p>These clever outside mirrors help you get a&nbsp;clear look at traffic around you.&nbsp;Switches located conveniently on the driver's door armrest allow you to adjust both the driver- and passenger-side exterior rearview mirrors without dropping the window and reaching outside. When the weather gets messy and you turn on your rear-window defogger, a defogger also warms both of these exterior mirrors to help clear them of frost, snow or ice. </p><p>The driver-side exterior mirror also features automatic dimming that automatically senses glare from headlamps behind the vehicle and dims the mirror to help reduce this glare.</p><p>Both mirrors have a body-color finish that matches your selected Camaro^&reg; exterior color and maintains its sporty, uncluttered side styling.</p>

<p>To help protect you and your passengers, Camaro^&reg; Coupe comes with 6 air bags,¹ including dual-stage frontal and thorax side-impact air bags for the driver and front passenger, and head curtain side-impact air bags¹ that protect the seating positions in both the front and the rear. </p><p>Head curtain side air bags are designed to help reduce the risk of head and neck injuries to front and rear seat occupants by inflating on the side of the vehicle involved in certain side-impact collisions. The front passenger air bag includes a Passenger Sensing System¹ that automatically switches the front passenger frontal air bag on or off based on the passenger's weight and the type of pressure on the seat. You can determine whether the passenger air bag is on or off by looking at the air bag status indicator on the overhead console when starting your vehicle.<br /><br />¹Always use safety belts and child restraints.
