Everything was great! The service was performed promptly and the staff were very pleasant.

Our salesman Logan was wonderful. He found us exactly what we were looking for twice in 4 months and both young ladies in the purchasing department were amazing. All three people made purchasing our vehicles seem effortless.

In the past I have excellent experiences with this dealership. My most recent experience was not one of them. I took the truck in for a transmission issue and during diagnosis the engine failed. It's a long story but eventually the engine was replaced under warranty. When I got the truck back on the service paperwork there was no mention of the transmission or the fact they couldn't replicate it or what the possible cause was for the transmission issue. I sent the dealerships manager and email requesting this information about 2 weeks ago and I have heard nothing but crickets. I would very much like documentation for warranty purposes that the truck was brought in with a transmission issue

Erica Teeter was great at finding me a new car. She was awesome setting up my onstar and setting up my radio stations. She did a great job.

I had an excellent experience with the body shop at Young Chevrolet Cadillac! The front office staff were friendly, professional, and helpful, and the skilled technicians did a wonderful job repairing my car. I especially appreciated being provided with a car to drive while the repairs were being completed. What really stood out was the staff taking the time to look for my missing garage door controller. Their thoughtfulness and willingness to go the extra mile meant so much to me! The entire team went above and beyond to make the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.
